Returns & Exchanges

Please examine your order upon receipt and reach out to us within 7 business days from the delivery date in case of any defects, or damages, or if you've received an incorrect item. In the event your products arrive damaged, kindly contact us at hello@booklovebox.com so we can resolve the issue. Please provide us with your order number, and description of damage and kindly attach a picture.

Already own a book we sent in your subscription? We know that can happen. Contact us within 7 business days of delivery and we'll be happy to help with an exchange for another book, provided the book is unused and in its original condition.
